HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER?
7 years and counting.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
I send you a web link to your email containing your private online gallery. From there, you are able to download the entire gallery or select photos.
WHATS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
It depends on how large the event is. For an elopement or general event, one to two weeks. For an all day wedding, 30 days.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Shoot me an email! Share a few details of your event with me. Let me know what you're looking for. After confirming availability, I will send a contract and a brief questionnaire to gather further details of your event.
HOW FAR OUT DO YOU BOOK?
At least one month for elopements and general events. One year for weddings.
DO YOU EDIT ALL THE IMAGES WE RECEIVE?
Yes I do. Every image delivered is slightly edited in post-production. This includes color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments and other corrections.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTO ALBUM?
Production times vary depending on the number of customizations. However, you can typically expect to receive your album 4-6 weeks after placing the order. The process prior to placing the order relies on how quickly you respond to the instructions for the album design as well as the number of changes you request after the initial designs. Some brides complete this within a month or two; others may take over a year.
WILL I HAVE FULL OWNERSHIP OF THE IMAGES?
Yes. Once delivered, you have the rights to do whatever you would like with the photographs. However, I do ask for credit by name for any businesses that use my work for any public or marketing purposes. With that said, I greatly appreciate being tagged in your shared posts on social media as well.
BOOKING FEES
20% of your package price is required upfront to reserve your requested date. A contract stating the details of your event is also required and needs to be signed.
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Life happens. We get sick and sometimes things go awry. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give us 48 hours notice. If you happen to fall ill the day of your event and cannot have an associate cover for you, please reschedule. Your photos look best when you are feelings well rested.
TARDINESS
Please plan enough time to get to your event location. Whether that be getting putting yourself together or navigating through rush hour traffic. If you are running late for your event, PLEASE CALL/TEXT. I respect all client's time and put an incredible amount of effort into scheduling and planning the day so please respect mine. For elopements, If you are more than 30 minutes late without calling, you forfeit your deposit and I have the right to cancel the event. If I or my associate is late, we will communicate that with you and your allotted time will not be affected.
